Operating at our most meta, we produced a trailer about making trailers to promote a trailer for the Netflix Blockbuster Red Notice. Partnering with TikTok’s internal creative team, we wrote, designed, edited and animated this video about some of the platform’s premiere celebrity/creator collabs.

We designed a spy-thriller aesthetic mixed with TikTok’s lively branding to bring it all together in one playful package.

TikTok knew that they had done something completely unique - they used Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot to interact directly with top TikTok creators to promote their new film. So they asked us how they could best tell the (online) world about this approach. Our creative team designed a concept of the stereotypical “movie trailer” voice in conversation with a younger creator, allowing the audience to understand how this new approach is different from the traditional movie marketing and trailer. We designed a spy-thriller aesthetic mixed with TikTok’s lively branding to bring it all together in one playful package.
